Our Director of Rugby, Andy Baulch (pictured right) is planning, with the support of the committee, for the future of Gosford All Blacks.By concentrating on the current player base - improving skills & commitment and therefore results - and engaging in serious recruiment of new players across all age groups, the hope is to see GAB competing at a higher level with 3 teams entered into the BBO Senior divisions.Whilst always on the look out for recruiting new senior players we have been making a concerted effort to recruit for the youth teams. Andy is conducting coaching sessions in a number of primary schools as well as Gosford Hill School. One aim for the relationship with Gosford is to start up an academy style session after school hours at Stratfield Brake.
